Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a 25% upfront deposit fee to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your total payment at the time of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
If you are unable to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to request a refund—otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows will also result in the loss of your deposit.
