At Lunéra Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for deposits, rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients and staff.

1. Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be released and offered to other clients.

 

2. Deposit Policy

  • All bookings require a 25% upfront deposit fee to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your total payment at the time of your appointment.

  • If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

  • If you are unable to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to request a refund—otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No-shows will also result in the loss of your deposit.

 

3. Cancellation Notice

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer your time slot to another client.

 

4. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, unless due to a genuine emergency.

 

5. No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will forfeit their deposit and may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.

 

6. Arriving Late

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. This helps us stay on time for all clients.
